Throughout the day, dried fruits, oat cookies, tea and brigadeiros de amor (the little sin of the day) will be available.

After registration, you will be sent a questionnaire that you must complete as a pre-preparation for this day, a pause and moment of reflection, so that you can begin the journey of self-knowledge in your homes and set a conscious intention and purpose on this day.  

We will have a surprise treat for each participant as well as a dossier with the entire program and some information covered on that day.
